- Yes, quickly and conveniently in all National Lottery draws (thursday, saturday, Lotería de Navidad and Lotería del Niño).
- Can I request to send the tickets to my home?
- Of course. We offer a delivery service through courier services that are innational in scope and high prestige. This service entails an additional cost.
-What is the "electronically purchase"?
-This option means greater simplicity to the buyer. The buyer receives an email with the purchase confirmation and details. Purchased tickets are guarded under strong security systems to the gambling date; if it´s rewarded, the amphora is responsible to pay the award in the customer's account. Thus the buyer retains all rights, without having to handle the management of tickets.
- Can I install the App "Anfora de la Suerte" on my Android tablet?
- The App is ready to iPads, iPhones and iPods since 2.012 and now available in Android devices.

- Am I safe buying my tickets?
- With our APP you can buy calmly. Our security systems meet the highest standards, from the transmission of personal data to the card payment via encrypted form.
- What if my numbers are lost during shipment to my address?
- No problem! If the buyer has chosen the option of sending the tickets home, and the packet is lost, we reimburse. Only it needs to receive a communication from the buyer to us (via email), until 3 working days before the draw.
- Where is the delivery point where I can get my ticket?
- The delivery point is the office 110 in Barcelona, located on the street 34 Urgel, Barcelona, or another official office.
AVAILABILITY AND SELECTION:
- Can I ask a special number that I want?
- Yes. The APP has the option to search your favourite number or termination. After entering the number in the box, the APP look if the number is available through a terminal of any official office. If so, we inform the client of it´s available, so you can enter and buy the ticket. We have almost all the tickets available, a variety that only found here.
